In questi giorni si sono svolti in Inghilterra i Golden Joystick Awards, l'evento in cui si premiano determinati titoli attraverso varie e prestigiose onorificenze.
Come riporta VG247, tra i titoli premiati spiccano Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag e The Last of Us, i quali hanno ricevuto due premi a testa. Inoltre, il padre della saga di Metal Gear Solid, Hideo Kojima, ha ricevuto il premio alla carriera.
Ad essere nominato Game of The Year invece è stato Dark Souls 2.
